Gentle Yoga helps with balance, mental health, and transforms all aspects of life including business, finances and relationships. This style of yoga provides you with a meditative experience that allows for release of tension, pain & deep relaxation. You can expect Breath work, soothing sound vibrations and mindful gentle movement.


We hold memories and constricted energy in our body from past and present events that contribute to physical and emotional ailments. This self-care practice allows for the release of deeply held manifestations of stress and offers opportunity for transformation, healing, and increased resiliency.

This is a special Gentle Yoga class that holds light frequency to heal, uplift and facilitates self-exploration in a supportive environment. I guide you through a series of movements and postures that help promote the reduction of stress, pain relief and greater self-awareness.  We all have our own capacity to heal as I merely “hold space” and provide the mechanism for your natural healing process to occur.

My Gentle Yoga class is provided in a confidential, compassionate setting via ZOOM in which I support and meet you right where you are.
