For new students, personal instruction allows a teacher the opportunity to focus on you and make sure you are safe in poses and in proper alignment. Personal yoga instruction will help you integrate into group classes and give you the opportunity to ask questions tailored to your body and needs.

- An introduction to yoga
- Home practice sequences and poses
- Particular aspects of yoga (inversions, balances, alignment, breathing, meditation, and relaxation.
