Private Aromatherapy Yoga Class

A relaxing class of deep stretch yoga and Pranayama breath techniques to target connective tissues and joints in the body range of motion. Aromatherapy carries light frequency to heal, transform and facilitates self-exploration in a supportive environment. The practitioner guides clients through a series of movements and assisted postures that help promote the reduction of stress, pain releif and greater self awarness. This practice of aromatherapy yoga strives to support the well being of body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy achieves its effects through the application and diffusion of pure plant essential oils that influence physical wellness, a positive emotional state and mental clarity. Combining aromatherapy with yoga can powerfully enhance your wellness journey. Enhance your practice attending the first class of a series of aromatherapy yoga.

Gentle Flow 1 

Tuesday: 12:00pm-1:15pm

Wanna move, but not in the mood for one hundred chaturanga push ups? This is the class for you. We will gently flow and practice a well rounded sequence of asanas (postures), followed by pranayama (breath control) to help rejuvenate our entire being. There is something here for everyone. Excellent for beginners, but practiced  by all levels.

YIN Yoga & Meditation

Tuesday: 7:45pm-8:45pm

This gentle yoga class is a great place to take it slower. Deep stretches for increased range of motion, releasing tension, connecting connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility benefit all fitness levels. Gentle enough to attend every day and ideal for students looking to begin their practice or for those concerned with injury.

Restorative Yoga 

Sunday: 4:30pm- 5:30pm

This class is a delicious way to release and relax muscles. Poses are held longer durations with an emphasis on support and comfort. Relaxing breath techniques are added for total relaxation. Classes use bolster, blankets, and blocks to prop students in passive poses. This class blends supportive restorative postures, gentle yoga, and breath work.
