The Sacred Waters of Healing

"There can be no healing without first cleansing"

Since the dawn of time, water has been revered in cleansing ceremonies, for without sacred waters, there is no life. In our vast solar system, Earth alone is blessed with abundant sacred waters. 71% of our planet is comprised of this life-giving element. 70% of the human vessel is made of water. Our very brains are 95% water.

We were first held in the sacred waters of our mother's womb, a holy container nurturing our formation. And when the divine timing arrived for us to make our entrance into this earthly realm, the waters broke, ushering us into the world through a ceremonial flow.

There is a profound significance in water and its healing properties, its subtle meanings, its beauty, majesty, and the way it caresses our very souls. The main ingredient within our bodies is water, and it is also the primordial element in all that is released by our vessels - from our life-giving blood to our salty sweat and cleansing tears.

Water is the most sacred of things.

Connecting to this precious resource can heal our mind, body, and soul. When you give yourself permission to use this vital element as a life source of healing transformation, you evoke purification, clarity, and calm into all your senses.

Honor your healing by:

1. Respecting all bodies of water as sacred vessels.

2. Drinking at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day, replenishing your vessel.

3. Speaking positive affirmations into your drinking water, imbuing it with intention.

4. Cleansing your vessel and seeing yourself as a lighthouse of love.

5. Using water as a visualization tool, a mirror reflecting your true essence.

Let the sacred waters flow through you, cleansing, purifying, and awakening your divine connection to this primordial source of all life.
