Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Reservation Fee: A reservation fee is required to confirm your booking. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is booked. Please review the confirmation to ensure the details are accurate. Arrival Time: Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in a no-show fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of an emergency preventing you from attending your appointment. Waitlist Policy: Waitlist Availability: If your preferred time slot is not available, you may choose to be placed on a waitlist. Notification: If an appointment becomes available, we will contact individuals on the waitlist in the order they joined. Response Time: You will be given a specified time to respond and confirm your availability. If there is no response, the appointment will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Waitlist Removal: You may request removal from the waitlist at any time.
